Our store runs on WordPress with WooCommerce. Payments are handled by our payment service provider; we do not store card details ourselves.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
Consumers may dissolve the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt. During that period you may handle and inspect the device as you would in a shop. Notify us within 14 days and return the product within a further 14 days.
Article 7 — Costs of withdrawal
We refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost you paid; where you chose a more expensive delivery method, we refund the standard cost. The direct cost of returning the product is yours.
Article 9 — Prices and VAT
All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT. We deliver within the European Union; no import duties or customs clearance costs apply to deliveries within the EU. Business customers in the EU with a valid VAT identification number can request an invoice with VAT reverse-charged, provided the number is supplied before the order is placed.
Article 10 — Warranty
We provide a 24-month warranty on every product we sell, new or refurbished, and on business purchases as well. It covers hardware defects across all components, including the battery, trackpad, keyboard and the original Apple charger, with a minimum battery capacity of 80% during the warranty period. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Article 11 — Delivery
Delivery takes place at the address you provide. Accepted orders are executed promptly and at the latest within 30 days unless a longer period is agreed. The risk of damage or loss rests with us until delivery.
Article 14 — Disputes
Dutch law applies. If you live in another EU country, the mandatory provisions of that country continue to apply.
