When will my order arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Standard shipping takes 3–5 working days.
What does shipping cost?
Free EU-wide shipping with PostNL. DHL Express is available at a flat €25. You can also collect your order in person by appointment.
How long is the warranty?
24 months on every product, new or refurbished, and also on business purchases. It covers all hardware components including battery, trackpad, keyboard and the original Apple charger. The minimum battery capacity within the warranty period is 80%.
Can I return a device?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. You may unpack and switch on the device to check it, as you would in a shop. We refund the original standard delivery cost — the direct cost of sending it back is yours.
Which payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). You receive a digital invoice by email after ordering.
Do you deliver outside the Netherlands?
We ship across the EU. For countries outside our standard zones, contact us for availability and rates.
