Right of withdrawal
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Notify us within those 14 days at info@macs4you.com with your order number and the item; you then have a further 14 days to send it back.
You are welcome to inspect the device as you would in a shop: unpack it, switch it on, check that it is what you expected. If it is handled beyond that and loses value as a result, we may deduct that loss from your refund.
Shipping costs
- We refund the original standard delivery cost. Standard EU delivery with PostNL is free, so in most cases there is nothing to refund here.
- If you chose DHL Express, we refund the standard cost; the surcharge is not refunded.
- The direct cost of returning the device is yours, unless it is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Defective or wrongly delivered
Contact us as soon as possible. We arrange and pay for the return and then repair, replace or refund.
Refunds
- Processed within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, in practice usually within 7 working days of us receiving the device.
- Issued via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
Exchange
On top of the statutory withdrawal right, you have 30 days to exchange for a different configuration, subject to availability. The device must be in resellable condition; return and re-shipping costs are yours.
Business customers
The right of withdrawal is a consumer right and does not apply to business purchases. The 24-month warranty applies in full.
